Cooking with Fumagalli

Tiziana Villa – head teacher of Don Carlo Gnocchi catering college – tells us how the partnership with Fumagalli came about.

Visitors to the Fumagalli Salumi Ethical Label Facebook page will notice a new section that is dedicated to twelve easy, healthy and delicious recipes that can be prepared using Fumagalli’s finest cured meats.

To create and realise the recipes in the “Cooking with Fumagalli” section, we contacted theDon Carlo Gnocchi Catering College in Carate, a local school whose reputation for quality made it a natural choice. We set them the challenge of coming up with dishes to enhance our cured meats.

The staff and pupils enthusiastically took up the challenge without a moment’s hesitation and created some great looking and tasting dishes. Over the next couple of months we will be publishing them one at a time on our Facebook page. Buon appetito!
